We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting MW Toolbox’s expanding operations by managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimising commercial outcomes across procurement and project delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and administering contracts, agreements and variations in line with company policies and legal requirements
  2. Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers, contractors and service providers
  3. Monitoring contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, budgets and quality standards
  4. Identifying contractual risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect business interests
  5. Liaising with internal departments including procurement, operations, finance and legal teams to ensure seamless contract execution
  6. Managing procurement documentation, tender processes and supplier evaluations
  7. Reviewing and processing contract claims, variations, invoices and payments
  8. Maintaining accurate contract records, documentation and reporting systems
  9. Advising management on contractual rights, obligations and dispute resolution strategies
  10. Supporting continuous improvement of contract management systems and procedures

Key requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or higher qualification
  2. English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
  3. Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
  4. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes and commercial practices
  5. Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
