Your new role
As a Contract Administrator, you will independently manage the commercial and contractual aspects of remedial and refurbishment projects. This role is suited to a capable, self-sufficient CA who is comfortable operating without close supervision and supporting project delivery teams.
- FullContract Administration across live projects
- Letting and managing subcontractor packages
- Assessment of variations, progress claims and final accounts
- Cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Liaising with site teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Supporting project managers to ensure successful project outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator with a Tier 2 builder
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Experience in remedial and/or refurbishment projects preferred
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Australian construction experience required
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management or similar
