Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager – Architectural Homes - Southern Highlands Office
A well-known builder in the architectural home space is looking for a motivated Contract Administrator / Junior Project Manager to join their team. Delivering high-end projects across the highlands valued between $3–10m.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with contract administration and project documentation
- Support the team with estimating and procurement tasks
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor compliance and quality requirements
- Provide support across day-to-day project delivery both in the office and on site
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role (open to junior candidates with some exposure)
- Construction management, architecture, or related qualification (open to current university students)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment
- Keen interest in high-end architectural projects
