We’re now looking for Content Services Operators to join our busy Sydney station on a rolling CASUAL basis, with hours and days varying depending on demand. 

What you’ll do in Content Services:
You’ll combine your strong attention to detail and technical skills to assist in the preparation of media assets for Programming, Promo, Commercial, News and Production across both linear and streaming platforms. Working with state-of-the-art technology in a supportive, high-morale team, you’ll have the chance to expand your skills, collaborate across business units, engage in the power of content

Functions will also include:

  • Acquisition and ingest of Programming, Promo, Commercial, News, Production and streaming assets as well as daily local and international satellite feeds.
  • Making sure media assets are readily available within our Media Asset Management system for all our internal production teams.
  • Utilising advanced workflow tools ensuring media items are prepared for transmission with appropriate workflow stages applied and monitored.
  • QC of broadcast and streaming items ensuring technical standards are met and applying play out segmentation and integration metadata where required (yes, getting paid to watch our great new content!)
  • Scheduled asset monitoring, liaising with internal and external facilities ensuring all broadcast items are ready when they need to be.
  • Raw media handling and preparation utilising high-end media processing applications and systems
