We have an opportunity for an experienced and friendly Customer Service professional to join our Melbourne based Contact Centre team supporting our Stockland Halcyon Communities sales teams, located not only in Victoria but NSW, QLD and WA. Delivering exceptional customer support and service, you’ll contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification, nurture, and conversion of online enquiries.
About the role
Collaborating with stakeholders in the over 50s living lifestyle community, you will use your effective communication skills, high empathy, and emotional intelligence to build solid relationships and trust with potential buyers and play a key role in our Customer Journey. You’ll focus on phone and digital communication channels to support and engage with customers, converting initial conversations to leads, building relationships and gently encouraging prospective buyers to visit our communities before handing onto the sales consultants.
This is a full-time permanent role, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, with a combination of working from our Melbourne CBD based Head Office and one of our Stockland Halcyon project offices, and some flexibility to work from home.
