Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and objectives. Design and execute creative and customized event plans for weddings, corporate events, conferences, and more, ensuring each event is unique and flawless.

Yacht Coordination: Oversee the logistics of yacht charters, including vessel selection, crew coordination, and catering services to meet the specific needs of each event.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

Vendor Liaison: Negotiate contracts and coordinate with various vendors, including caterers, florists, musicians, and decorators, to ensure seamless event execution.

Event Execution: Lead on-site event management, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our yacht hire services for conferences and events. Assist with sales efforts to secure new clients and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the luxury event industry.
  2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Budget management experience.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
