About the Role:

We’re growing our Recovery team and need a confident communicator to help us support customers post-funding. You'll be contacting small business clients to help manage overdue loan payments, always with empathy and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone looking to break into finance or collections with full training provided.

  
What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding missed payments
  • Respond to inbound queries and work through solutions
  • Record payment plans and outcomes accurately in our system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve accounts
  • Maintain a high level of customer care while achieving your targets

Who We're Looking For:

  • You’re friendly, clear and confident when speaking to others
  • You enjoy helping people and solving problems
  • You can stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
  • You’re comfortable using computers and open to learning new systems
  • You’re driven by goals and growth – both personal and professional

No prior financial services or collections experience is required. We welcome candidates from all walks of life, including hospitality, retail, customer service and admin backgrounds.
