2. $102,817 to $111,975 p.a.
3. up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution

Requirements: Qualifications in Allied Health or Human Services, Social Work or Behaviour Sciences, Driver licence and ‘Provide First Aid' certificate

As a Clinician (Program Specialist) you will:

1. Plan, facilitate, implement and evaluate treatment and habilitation programs and interventions that aim to increase positive behaviours, reduce offending behaviours, improve quality of life and work towards a transition back to the community.

Support an evidenced based clinical environment, by:

1. Ensuring interventions are consistent with evidenced based practice and are
2. congruent with recommendations in the Individual Development Plan
3. Assessing client risk, responsivity and needs and developing appropriate treatment adaptation.
4. Establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients
5. Communicating and interacting with clients in ways that are respectful, culturally sensitive, encourage personal choice and protect rights and dignity.
6. Effectively responding to and supporting clients to develop positive alternatives to engaging in offending behaviour.

As a member of the Clinical Support team, develop, administer and review:

1. client assessments
2. individual development plans and rehabilitation and/or habilitation programs
3. transition plans

Ensure the safety of clients, staff and visitors and the security of the facility, duress response duties and participate in the management of challenging and aggressive behaviour.

It is vital that Clinicians have the ability to be emotionally resilient and demonstrate perseverance
