We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Unit Manager / Clinical Nurse Educator (CNUM/CNE) with strong SCN experience and a genuine commitment to delivering woman‑centred, family‑focused, evidence‑based care. This dual clinical and education leadership role offers the opportunity to influence practice, strengthen workforce capability, and support exceptional neonatal outcomes.

Our Women's Health Unit provides comprehensive maternity and gynaecology services and includes:
You will work closely with our Maternity Unit Managers, Paediatricians, Obstetricians, and broader leadership teams to support high‑quality, safe, and compassionate neonatal care.
About the Role
As the Special Care Nursery Clinical NUM/Educator, you will lead day‑to‑day SCN operations while driving education, capability building, and best practice across the SCN and maternity services. This role blends clinical leadership with workforce development, ensuring high‑quality neonatal care in line with national standards.
