About the opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Clerical Officer to join the Building Construction and Maintenance team within Council’s City Assets Directorate on a term contract, full‑time basis for up to 12 months.
This opportunity is suited to an organised and customer‑focused professional who enjoys providing high‑quality administrative support in a busy operational environment.
In this role, you will provide a wide range of clerical and customer service support to help the team deliver effective services to the community.
Your responsibilities will include:
You will be the first point of contact for many enquiries, representing Council in a professional, positive and helpful manner.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to achieving departmental objectives while upholding Council’s values of Teamwork, Customer Focus, Innovation and Commitment to Safety. The role also requires a strong commitment to work health and safety, accuracy, and compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
