We're searching for a Civil Site Engineer who is dedicated to their craft and looking for a long term tenure at a company who values their people. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects North and South of the river.
The role:
You will be responsible for planning, directing and supporting the team on the worksite so that activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. You will control the day-to-day operations of the resources, plant and subcontractors on site.
The ideal candidate will have a level of qualification or relevant experience in the industry equivalent to a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and at least three years of experience in a similar role.
Tasks and Duties:
·Planning, designing, organising and overseeing the construction and operation of dams, bridges, pipelines, gas and water supply schemes, sewerage systems, airports and other civil engineering projects.
Essential:
- Experience in land development/underground/pavement/earthwork projects.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to OSH.
- Valid Driving Licence.
- Pre-employment medical.
