The Role

We are looking for a full-time Civil Drafter to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail, AutoCAD proficiency, and a sound understanding of civil construction practices.

Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare and refine accurate civil engineering drawings, sketches, plans, and technical charts using AutoCAD and related software.

2.Participate in project planning and coordination meetings to support effective workflow and timely project delivery.

3.Conduct on-site inspections, field assessments, and data collection to support project design and development.

4.Incorporate engineering mark-ups and revisions into final drawings, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.

5.Perform calculations for material quantities and contribute to cost estimation and budgeting efforts.

6.Maintain company drafting standards, templates, and documentation libraries to ensure high-quality outputs.

7.Analyze engineering data from surveys, tests, and field measurements to inform design and decision-making.

8.Collaborate closely with engineers, site teams, and clients to resolve technical challenges and maintain project quality.

Qualifications & Experience

I.Proven experience as a Structural Draftsperson, preferably with over 4 years of hands-on experience using AutoCAD.

II.Solid technical understanding of structural engineering principles.

III.Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills.

IV.Experience in creating detailed drawings for reinforced concrete, structural steel, and timber structures.

V.Ability to accurately interpret engineering designs and sketches and translate them into precise drawings.

VI.Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
