BRAMS is looking for a full-time Child Health Manager based in Broome, WA. Reporting to the Clinical Services Executive Manager, this is a senior leadership role accountable for operational and clinical leadership of BRAMS’ Child Health services, ensuring delivery of culturally safe, high-quality, and accessible care to Aboriginal children and families.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Leading and managing child health teams and programs across the clinic and outreach services
2. Providing high-level clinical governance and professional oversight of Child Health Nurses
3. Coordinating workforce planning, supervision, development, and performance management
4. Monitoring service performance, NKPIs, and reporting to ensure funding and contract compliance
5. Ensuring services are aligned with BRAMS’ Model of Care and Quality Care Framework
6. Coordinating multidisciplinary care planning and specialist outreach visits
7. Leading continuous improvement, audits, risk management, and service innovation
8. Representing Child Health services in internal and external stakeholder forums

What You Bring - Skills That Make a Difference

To qualify, you will need current registration as a Registered Nurse with a recognised Child Health qualification and demonstrated experience in child and family health service delivery, including in a leadership or management capacity.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

1. Proven ability to lead clinical teams and manage operational outcomes
2. High-level understanding of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services
3. Strong skills in service planning, quality improvement, and clinical governance
4. Experience working in remote or regional health contexts
5. Knowledge of NKPIs, compliance, and funding frameworks
