As a growing hospitality business, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes in line with our menu
- Assist in menu planning and seasonal menu updates
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff where required
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of authentic Mexican cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
