• Preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Indian dishes including curries, tandoori dishes, and breads.
• Planning and contributing to menu development.
• Ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Monitoring kitchen operations and coordinating food preparation.
• Managing stock levels and ordering ingredients.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Supervising and assisting kitchen staff during busy service periods.
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
• A relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or
• At least two years of relevant experience as a Chef.
