The Earl of Leicester is seeking a Chef de Partie for our cold larder and pastry section. We are looking for a Full- Time Chef with a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate
will have at least 2 years of professional kitchen
experience and the flexibility to work various
shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in
accordance with our menu standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure
smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary
kitchen environment.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and
