About the role

We are seeking two skilled Chefs de Partie to join our passionate culinary team at Coco Noir' in Bella Vista NSW 2153. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific station or area of our kitchen, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes as part of our full-time team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our exacting standards
  2. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of your assigned station
  3. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and development
  4. Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  5. Ensuring strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  6. Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hospitality & tourism setting
  2. Strong technical cooking skills and knowledge of a la carte, banquet and event catering
  3. Excellent time management, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality food
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  6. A passion for food and a desire to continuously learn and improve
