THE ROLE:
- Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
- Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
- Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
- Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
- Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
- Monday and Friday availability
