About the Role & Company:
We’re a leading Adelaide roofing company specializing in domestic Colorbond roofing for major volume builders. With steady, year-round work across metro sites, we’re looking for reliable, fit young team members to join our crews as casual roof labourers.
This is a fantastic entry point into the trades—no prior experience required! If you’re a school leaver, looking to get out of retail/hospo, or keen to start a hands-on career, this role offers real work, great pay, and a clear path to becoming a qualified roof plumber.
Key Duties:
• Assist experienced roof plumbers with installing Colorbond roofing, flashings, gutters, downpipes, and accessories
• General site labour: material handling, clean-up, ladder/scaffold setup
• Work safely at heights on residential new builds
• Follow instructions and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Requirements:
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential (if you don’t have one, we can guide you on getting it quickly)
• Reliable transport to sites across Adelaide metro
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
• Great work ethic, punctual, and eager to learn
• No experience necessary – we train motivated starters!
• Age 16+ (school leavers welcome after Year 10)
• Australian work rights
