About the Company
Our client is a leading commercial property agency with a strong track record in executing high-value transactions across office, retail, and industrial assets. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a commercially minded and detail-driven Capital Transactions Analyst to join their Sydney CBD-based team.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Capital Transactions Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the acquisition and divestment process through detailed financial modelling, market research, and investment analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven analyst looking to deepen their exposure to capital markets and commercial property investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel and Forbury
- Conduct feasibility studies, pricing assessments, and investment appraisals
- Perform in-depth market research and due diligence across property sectors
- Prepare pitch documents, presentations, and investment committee reports
- Collaborate with agents, consultants, and internal stakeholders to inform strategy
- Track market activity, analyse comparable transactions, and monitor valuation trends
- Support senior team members throughout negotiations and deal execution
About You
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in property investment, valuation, funds management, or capital transactions
- Highly proficient in Excel with hands-on experience using Forbury
- Solid understanding of valuation techniques and key property metrics
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Collaborative, commercially aware, and results-focused
- Mandarin language skills (highly regarded)
