Role: Campaign Evaluation Officer
Daily Rate: $500 + Super
Contract Length: 6-months
Location: Sydney CBD/ WFH flex (one day in office)

The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Evaluation Officer to support the design, analysis, and management of research projects that enhance customer experience and improve service delivery. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders and external research suppliers to deliver meaningful insights and support both major and minor initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and implement research methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover customer insights and trends.
• Provide evidence-based strategic advice to stakeholders, focusing on campaign optimisation and customer issues.
• Manage research suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement standards and value for money.
• Support project delivery through stakeholder management, fieldwork coordination, and reporting.
• Foster collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with the client's customer-centric vision.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional experience in research, data analysis, or campaign evaluation.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and procurement management experience.
• Exceptional communication abilities to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to think analytically and solve problems while balancing competing priorities.
• Commitment to customer service and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
