About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This strategic role focuses on driving new business opportunities and strengthening our presence in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the organisation’s sales and marketing operations to support business growth.
- Develop and execute robust sales and marketing policies, plans and strategies, set performance targets, and enhance client engagement and retention.
- Plan and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
- Periodically review and suggest new set of products and services.
- Direct existing sales methods and review existing prices to remain competitive in the target sectors.
- Build brand awareness and customer loyalty through focused marketing and communication strategies.
- Develop and direct business development strategies to penetrate into new accounts.
- Manage activities that maintain and strengthen the company’s public image and relationships with stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry and its market dynamics.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
