About the Role
As a Brushcutter Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various council-controlled roadsides and open spaces within Logan
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience
- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard
- Assist with other grounds keeping tasks as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in brushcutting
- Valid Drivers License
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
