About the role
Leadership and a strong customer focus is the foundation for success as a Branch Manager:

  • Lead and manage the branch to be a profitable business unit
  • Identify, create and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Engage and develop a passionate and dedicated team

What you would do in this role

  • Develop and implement a Branch Business Plan to achieve business growth
  • Manage all aspects of Branch operations including P&L accountability
  • Grow and develop a customer base through excellent service and sales
  • Lead, develop and coach branch staff performance - create a great workplace culture
  • Develop partnerships with suppliers to ensure the right products are available for our customers

  • Experience managing a business/ branch with a proven track record of sales growth
  • Commercially focused, self-driven and results orientated with a strong business acumen
  • A natural people leader with a passion for developing others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Product and industry knowledge in the electrical or industrial markets will be highly regarded but is not essential
