Your tasks:

·Consult with clients to assess their skin conditions and beauty concerns, recommending appropriate treatment plans and products.

·Apply general cosmetic and corrective make-up for clients, including day, evening, and special occasion looks, tailored to individual features and preferences.

·Perform specialised skin and body treatments using advanced equipment and techniques, ensuring high standards of care and safety.

·Deliver professional advice on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and suitable cosmetic products.

·Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, skin conditions, and progress notes.

·Ensure all equipment and treatment rooms are cleaned, sanitised, and maintained in accordance with health and hygiene standards.

·Monitor client satisfaction and respond to feedback to continuously improve service quality.

·Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, technologies, and treatment methods to enhance service offerings.

·Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive client experience.

·Ensure all services comply with relevant Australian health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

You should have:

·Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (Diploma or equivalent).

·Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a professional clinic or spa environment.

·Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and skin analysis techniques.

·Experience using modern beauty equipment and technologies is highly regarded.

·Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality treatments.

·Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.

·A professional, reliable, and well-presented manner.
