The role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with opportunities to work across multiple clinic locations where required.
This role is suited to someone passionate about advanced skin treatments and delivering exceptional client outcomes in a professional clinical environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of skin and beauty treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, acne and pigmentation treatments, and skin rejuvenation procedures
- Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments to develop tailored treatment plans
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols and hygiene standards
- Provide professional advice on skincare products and ongoing treatment plans
- Deliver high levels of customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Assist in achieving clinic performance targets and contribute to team success
Skills and experience required
- Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy (Diploma or higher preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment
- Demonstrated experience in advanced skin treatments and use of aesthetic devices
- Laser safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and ability to consult with clients professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Availability to work weekends (including Sundays) as required
Preferred attributes
- Experience working with diverse client groups, including Asian skin types
- Bilingual skills (e.g. English and Chinese) highly regarded but not mandatory
- Sales awareness and ability to recommend suitable treatment packages and products
