Responsibilities
Supervising day-to-day operations in the tavern and making sure both customer and staff needs are met.
Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
Training existing and new staff in required procedures and behaviours.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience working in hospitality positions.
Approved Manager certification.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
