Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane | Hybrid Working, 2 days in office

Join a large, award-winning, profit-to-member superannuation fund with a long-standing reputation for low fees, strong long-term performance and a genuinely member-first culture. This organisation is known for developing advisers, investing in advice quality, and providing a supportive environment where early-career advisers can build confidence and capability.

This role is ideal for a recently authorised adviser — particularly someone with a solid paraplanning or technical background — who is looking to step into an advice role focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for members.

The Opportunity
As part of the Advice Team, you will deliver intra-fund advice to members and their families across superannuation and insurance. You’ll engage members via phone, video and occasionally face-to-face, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions — with strong internal support and clear advice frameworks in place.
You’ll work closely with senior advisers, escalating more complex matters where appropriate, while continuing to build your own advice capability in a well-governed, values-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality intra-fund advice to members
  • Identify advice needs and triage complex matters to senior advisers
  • Engage members via phone, webchat, video and face-to-face
  • Attend employer worksites for onsite advice sessions when required
  • Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs)
  • Maintain accurate and compliant advice records
  • Adhere to AFSL and internal compliance requirements
  • Stay up to date with legislative, industry and product changes

About You
You are an adviser early in your career who is confident in your technical foundation and keen to grow your advice delivery skills in a structured, supportive environment.
You will bring:

  • Financial Planning qualifications meeting FASEA requirements
  • Completion of the Professional Year
  • Current registration on the ASIC Adviser Register
  • Strong paraplanning or technical advice background
  • High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
  • Clear communication skills and a genuine member-first mindset

What’s On Offer

  • Hybrid working (home + modern offices)
  • Structured development and ongoing adviser support
  • Purchase leave scheme
  • 16 weeks gender-neutral paid parental leave
  • Super contribution continuation during parental leave
  • LinkedIn Learning access
  • Income protection insurance
  • Peer recognition awards
