Findex is looking for an Associate to join the Wealth team on a full-time permanent basis. If you're an ambitious individual aspiring to excel as a Financial Adviser and eager to carve a path in Financial Planning, this could be your next step. This opportunity is open to being based in Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Brisbane or Townsville for the right candidate.

Under the mentorship of our Wealth Partner, this role is designed to set an Associate on a pathway to becoming an accomplished Adviser.  You will be the point of contact for many client queries and will have the opportunity to take on more independence and autonomy with your own client base as you develop and grow in the role. 

What will your typical week look like?

  • Proactively communicating with clients to determine how Findex can best meet their needs;
  • Support your team members to achieve their growth objectives;
  • Coordinate production of Advice documentation following client meetings
  • Prepare pre-appointment work and participate in client meetings with Advisers/Partners;
  • Look for opportunities to broaden existing client's scope of work within the firm
