The Assistant Director Client Services is a corporate based position that leads a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals and specialist teaching staff focused on student wellbeing and inclusion.
Assistant Directors Client Services use their leadership, collaboration and influencing skills to line manage their team and coordinate the services provided by the team to schools to ensure children and students are achieving their full potential through inclusive learning environments.
They establish a positive workplace culture and build productive relationships with system leaders and schools across the region.

Corporate-based conditions apply to this position. The applicant must hold or be able to obtain a Working with Children Notice Clearance and an NT driver’s licence. Visits to remote schools may necessitate travel by four-wheel drive vehicle on unsealed roads or light aircraft and include overnight stays in remote communities of up to four days. Four-wheel drive training will be provided by the NT Department of Education and Training.
