About your new job:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Accounts Receivable
• Assist with Accounts Payable
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Daily banking and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of BAS
• Assist in the preparation of any additional Monthly, Half Year and End of Year Financial reports
• Warranty receipts and adjustments
• Assist with the costing of products
• Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budgets and Forecasting
• Assist in end year Audit processes
• Ad Hoc assistance with other Admin staff and tasks
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have the following:
• Prior experience in accounting and a thorough understanding of Accounting principles -ideally within a similar capacity
• Knowledge of AP & AR with a recently completed study– will be considered
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and take on ad-hoc tasks when required
• Intermediate to advanced level excel
• Qualifications in Accounting ideal but not essential
