What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing
- Completing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close and management reporting
- Assisting with budgets and forecasting
- Handling accounts receivable, progress claims, and cash collections
- Preparing BAS reports and assisting with year-end audits
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance support role
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- Advanced Excel skills and a love for clean, accurate data
- Someone who takes initiative, meets deadlines, and doesn’t miss the details
- CPA-qualified or working towards it? That’s a plus, not a dealbreaker
