We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assembly Line Leader to join a busy operation based in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring a high level of attention to detail and proven knowledge of cabinet making or furniture making with timber.
The role will include:
- Operating a 3-axis CNC machine.
- Supporting and guiding the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional worksite.
- Communicating clearly with management regarding progress, issues, and potential risks.
- Working collaboratively to meet production deadlines and targets.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Cabinet making or furniture making experience (essential).
- PPE, including high-visibility vest and steel-capped footwear.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Full work rights and availability to work Monday to Friday.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence for travel to and from work.
