After-Hours Corporate Travel Consultant (Remote)
$70K + Super + Incentives + Penalties (OTE $85K-$100K+)
Remote (Australia-Wide) | Full Time | 24/7 Rotating Roster
We're working with a global corporate travel leader supporting multinational clients in a 24/7 environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing after-hours team, where your expertise is valued and your earning potential reflects the shifts you work.
About the Role
As an After-Hours Consultant, you will manage urgent and complex travel requests outside standard business hours, delivering seamless solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Working autonomously, you'll support corporate travellers with last-minute changes, disruptions and emergency bookings-ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound after-hours enquiries via phone and email
- Quote, issue and reissue airfares using Sabre GDS
- Handle urgent changes, disruptions and emergency travel needs
- Amend land arrangements across GDS and non-GDS platforms
- Ensure compliance with client travel policies and internal processes
- Deliver accurate, efficient solutions under tight timeframes
Roster & Hours
- 24/7 rotating roster (after-hours role)
- Core coverage: 4:00pm - 10:00am (Mon-Fri)
- Full weekend coverage required (rotational)
- Includes evening, overnight and weekend shifts
About You
- Minimum 1-2+ years' corporate travel experience
- Strong Sabre GDS skills (Amadeus highly regarded)
- Confident with fare rules, reissues and complex ticketing
- Proven ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
