About the role:

The primary role is to support the Head of Business Unit in transactions related to generate new business opportunities as well as ensure growth of existing accounts through organic & new products growth opportunities.

You will be reporting to the Head of Business Unit, and your key responsibilities will be of a Account Manager which entails the following not limited to:

  1. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  2. Support the management of a portfolio of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success.
  3. Proactively follow up on quotations, leads, and customer inquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within both existing accounts and new customer segments.
  5. Assist in preparing tailored product proposals, presentations, and customer-specific solutions.
  6. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects.
  7. Act as a key support contact for clients, addressing day-to-day needs and ensuring timely communication.
  8. Resolve customer issues and conflicts efficiently, providing practical and timely solutions.
  9. Conduct client visits to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively support sales efforts.
  11. Contribute to new business development initiatives across both new and existing accounts.

The successful applicant will have the following requirements:

. Work experience (3-5 yrs)as Sales Account Manager, BDM or Internal Sales or similar.

· Hands-on experience with an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

· Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)

· Conscientious with the willingness to accomplish all set tasks.

· Attention to detail.

· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships.

· Strong Time Management skills

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

· The ability to learn new concepts and ideas.

· Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.

· Business qualification or similar desirable but not essential
