Enterprise Account Executive – Singapore (New Business)
I’m working with one of my clients — a fast-growing digital coaching platform — who are hiring a New Business / Enterprise Account Executive in Singapore as part of continued expansion across Southeast Asia.
This is a true hunter role, selling into large enterprise organisations and working with senior HR, Talent and L&D leaders across the region.
The role in short:
• Net-new enterprise sales across Singapore & SEA
• Owning the territory end-to-end
• Complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
• Strong autonomy with serious backing and momentum
What they’re looking for:
• 4+ years of enterprise new business sales experience
• Proven ability to self-source and close complex deals
• Comfortable selling to CHRO / People / L&D leadership
• Someone who enjoys consultative, value-led selling
• Disciplined with pipeline, forecasting and deal execution
